Aldington Soapbox Derby 2009

Over a thousand spectators showed up to witness the event and over £13000 was
raised for charity. We attended with our soap box Steps to Success. We had our
final modification fitted which was a front spoiler, combined with the springs
on the steering assembly this would eliminate speed wobble issues at over 30mph.

Darren was first to go down the hill with Mark and Gaz pushing and Mirza at the
side with the camera. We got a respectable time of 1:09:03, Mark was next to race
with Mirza and Gaz pushing, he got a time of 1:28:50.RESULTS:
