Corsa D VXR Brake Cooling Ducts

We have developed two types of cooling duct for the Vauxhall Corsa D VXR which we have tested at Brands Hatch on a day where outside air temperature was 28c, with around 30 mins of laps around and under the 1 minuite mark. We found that a combination of both the Control Arm and Front Bumper Ducts completely resolved the issue’s we had faced previously with overheating brakes.

Please contact us if you wish for us to produce a set of these items for your car.

Vauxhall Corsa D VXR Front Control Arm Mounted Brake Cooling Duct.

Carbon Fibre infused plastic construction with nylon bolts to prevent damage to control arms should they ever ground out. These ducts are designed to scoop cool air from underneather the car, increase its velocity and direct it to the back of the brake disks.

Vauxhall Corsa D VXR Brake Cooling Ducts, Front Bumper Mounted by Fog Lamps

Carbon Fibre infused plastic construction ducts that enable you to retain your fog lamps. Outlets on the rear accept 57mm ductin which can be used to push cool air into your wheel arch via some included outlets, or potentially to the back of the brake disk via the control arms, although routes for this are tight. Please note that this product was designed on a car with an OEM intercooler, and so if you have an aftermarket intercooler you will need to check clearance before ordering.
